Roasting Whole Fish video was a voice over static images video. The audio was recorded with an iPod microphone and married to slides using FinalCut.
Selecting and Preparing Whole Fish was a live action interview format video shot at a local Whole Foods.
Plank Grilling Salmon video episodes were shot at a local Whole Foods. Julia Rutland, Food Editor for Coastal Living made up the interview on-the-fly. Audio is a bit muddled because the guest’s microphone malfunctioned.
New Orleans Seafood Festival was a live event that included an “Iron Chef”-type cook-off. Chefs were from restaurants as far away as Alaska and Hawaii.
